Prof. Leonard M. Gitu, Associate Professor of Chemistry at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, specializing in organic chemistry, natural products, environmental chemistry, and drug development. He is the National Chairman of the Kenya Chemical Society and is widely recognized for his contributions to research, mentorship, chemical safety, and higher education leadership in Kenya and internationally.
