The Kenya Chemical Society plans to host its Annual Gala Dinner on 25 November 2016. The Gala Dinner will provide a forum to reflect on the milestones of the society in 2016 and lay ground for the scheduled activities of the coming year. Key note speakers will be drawn from public and private sector chemical industry practitioners. We also intend to award Distinguished Chemists who have made significant contribution in the chemical sector, including chemical security, chemical education, and technology. We also wish to use the event to publicize Responsible Care (RC) initiative in Kenya and the revised Scheme of Service for Chemists and the new Scheme of Service for Chemical Technologists and Technicians.
